The following items are required for submission:
- Once you submit the application and receive the email confirmation, please contact to make sure that your application has been received.
- If applying for scholarship assistance, please submit the scholarship form and again, please contact to make sure that your scholarship form has been received. In addition, you will be required to submit the first two pages of your most recent federal tax return. You may submit your tax return by email, or if you prefer, by regular mail sent to the address below.
- $42.00 application fee payable by credit card or check (to American Friends of Attingham). The application fee is waived for those reapplying from 2020 who were not accepted.
- If required, one (1) reference letter, sent under separate cover directly by recommender.
