Information for Benefit Lecture Sponsors
Due to the limited number of spaces available at The Frick and dinner at The Explorers Club, we will be implementing an October 7th cutoff date for payment in full. Any reservation with an outstanding balance after that date will be offered to guests on our waitlist.
We welcome your contribution at the following levels:
- $10,000 – Benefit Underwriter pre-lecture tour, lecture, reception, dinner for two
- $5,000 – Benefit Supporter pre-lecture tour, lecture, reception, dinner for one
- $2,500 – Patron pre-lecture tour, lecture, reception, dinner for one
- $1,500 – Sponsor pre-lecture tour, lecture, reception, dinner for one
- $1,000+ – Virtual Donor a virtual seat, 100% tax-deductible
The goods and services portion of your payment is $300. The balance of your payment is tax-deductible. You are welcome to submit your contribution in two parts, to allow for payment by way of a charitable giving account. All sponsors will receive a gift acknowledgement letter for tax purposes after the event.

Credit Card Transactions are subject to an additional three percent processing fee, billed separately upon the conclusion of the event. You may make your contribution by clicking here.
EFT Instruct your financial institution to execute an electronic funds transfer, such as ACH or domestic wire. Kindly note that AFA cannot initiate the transaction. Please consult with your bank to determine if any limitations may impact the amount of your EFT. At this time, AFA does not accept Zelle® transactions.

Pre-lecture tour | 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. at The Frick
Dr. Aimee Ng, John Updike Curator at The Frick, and Attingham alum and exhibition designer Stephen Saitas ’88, principal of Stephan Saitas Design, will lead a private tour, before-hours, of The Frick’s recently reopened galleries, revealing the multi-year planning behind the museum’s inspired presentation and interpretation which debuted this spring.
Post-lecture dinner | 8:00 – 10:00 p.m. at The Explorers Club
